Process

A clear path from first walkthrough to installation.

We begin by understanding what is not working. Then we measure, present, refine, and only then purchase. Mini is streamlined for a single zone. Large adds a concept presentation before specifications are set.

Mini

One zone. One presentation.

A more focused format than Small. A single nook or zone, with a custom piece and an organization plan. Design fee by inquiry.

01

Kick-off and site visit

We measure and photograph the zone, discuss how you use it, and define what the custom piece and organization must resolve.

02

One design presentation

Layout, custom piece concept, and organization plan, presented together. Enough to decide with confidence, without the two-stage path used for Small and Medium.

03

Feedback and sign-off

We refine as needed, and you approve before anything is ordered or built.

04

Production and procurement, as needed

Custom work and sourced goods proceed once the plan is settled. Shared terms apply: 20% procurement on retail, additional services at $300 per hour with your approval, and custom items marked up internally.

05

Delivery and installation, as needed

Each piece is delivered and installed. A smaller scope, the same care.

How Mini differs from Small

Small covers a primary room and a small ancillary space across two presentations. Mini remains within a single zone, uses one presentation, and its design fee is by inquiry.

Small and Medium

Two presentations, considered feedback, then production.

01

Kick-off and site visit

We meet in your home to measure and photograph. You tell us how the rooms serve you now, and how you would like your days to run.

02

Presentation 01

A floor plan in two to three options. Specifications and custom pieces with preliminary pricing. Enough to respond before committing.

03

Client feedback

You tell us what resonates and what does not. Practical considerations carry as much weight as aesthetic ones.

04

Presentation 02

Revised floor plan and specifications, defined custom pieces, and a total quote.

05

Client sign-off

You approve the direction and the figures. That clarity keeps production calm.

06

Production and procurement

We place orders, coordinate vendors, and manage lead times. Custom work moves into fabrication.

07

Delivery and installation

Each piece arrives, is placed, and is finished. The home works as it was planned to.

Large

Whole-home work receives an additional presentation.

For an entire home, or five or more rooms, concept is given its own stage before specifications are set.

01

Kick-off

The same foundation: visit, measure, photograph, listen.

02

Presentation 01

Floor plans with mood and concept imagery. Direction first, detail after.

03

Client feedback

You guide the concept before full specifications begin.

04

Presentation 02

Revisions, specifications, and preliminary custom pricing. The plan takes shape.

05

Client feedback

A further round, so that every decision is considered.

06

Presentation 03

Final specifications, defined custom pieces, and the total quote.

07

Sign-off, production, and installation

Approval, then procurement, production, delivery, and installation. The same care as Small and Medium, at a larger scale.

Why Large has an additional stage

Whole-home projects involve more decisions at once. Separating concept from detailed specification keeps feedback focused and the quote precise.
