Work

Selected homes, designed for daily life.

Homes that evolve with the people in them. Two of the founder’s own: a loft in Williamsburg and a house in the Garden District of New Orleans.

Williamsburg, Brooklyn · 900 sq ft

Brooklyn loft

A family home, reimagined rather than outgrown. Function first, made for children, and built around custom pieces and vertical storage.

Five people in about 900 square feet. A triple bunk, a nursery carved from a single room, and storage that rises so the floor stays clear.

Custom millwork that closes cleanly at the end of the day. A rental that reads as a finished, permanent home, and continues to evolve with the family.

Garden District, New Orleans

Carondelet

The founder’s own rooms in a historic 1920s house. High ceilings, original hardwood, mahogany pocket doors, and a kitchen designed around how a family lives.

Classic Garden District architecture, shaped around the daily rhythm of a full household. Furnished for gathering, cooking, homework, and quiet, without treating the house as a museum.

Ella’s own home, not a client commission. The same principles throughout: beauty that holds up to daily life, storage absorbed into the architecture, and warmth the moment guests arrive.
